What you receive: A written supplier comparison report with contact details, pricing benchmarks, and our recommendation.

Fee: R3500.00 flat fee per sourcing project. 

Before you commit money to any KZN supplier, we go there for you. We physically visit the premises, verify company registration and tax compliance, check B-BBEE status, call references, and confirm that bank account details match the registered company name.

What you receive: A full written verification report with photographs of the premises and our assessment.

Fee: R2,500 per supplier verified. 

We manage your full KZN procurement process from start to finish. This includes sending RFQs to verified suppliers, comparing quotations, negotiating the best terms, issuing purchase orders, monitoring delivery, and confirming receipt.

What you receive: End-to-end procurement management with full documentation at every step.

Fee: 8 to 12% of the total order value. 

For businesses with ongoing KZN procurement needs, we offer a monthly retainer service. We become your permanent KZN representative — available for supplier coordination, site visits, market research, and procurement management on a priority basis.

What you receive: Dedicated monthly support with a set number of included services and a monthly operations report.

Fee: R5,000 to R15,000 per month depending on scope. 

Need someone to visit a specific location, warehouse, facility, or supplier in KZN and report back? We go there, assess what you need assessed, photograph everything relevant, and deliver a written report within 24 hours.

What you receive: A detailed site visit report with photographs and our findings.

Fee: R800 to R2000 per visit depending on location and scope.
